Meaning of ALFHEIM
The name ALFHEIM comes from Norse mythology—the realm of the light elves, associated with beauty, vitality, wisdom, and a close connection to nature.
That idea shapes our approach to haircare today. We combine thoughtfully selected botanicals with modern cosmetic science to create refined, performance-focused formulas designed around the scalp and the hair that grows from it.

“I grew up around the haircare industry, learning how formulas are developed and manufactured for brands around the world. Over time, one idea became impossible to ignore: healthy-looking hair does not begin with a quick cosmetic fix—it begins with the scalp.
I created ALFHEIM to bring that foundation back into focus. Our goal is to combine practical formulation experience, thoughtfully selected ingredients, and clear product education so scalp-first care feels simple, credible, and easy to build into everyday life.”

Every ALFHEIM collection begins with a specific scalp or hair need. We pair botanical ingredients with established cosmetic actives and build routines that work together—from cleansing and conditioning to targeted scalp care and leave-in support.
We favor lightweight, sensorial formulas and clear communication about what each product is designed to do. Where clinical testing is available, we use it to help evaluate performance and communicate results responsibly. Our aim is not to chase trends, but to create thoughtful haircare that supports the scalp environment and improves the look, feel, strength, and manageability of hair over time.

We believe premium haircare should be supported by more than a beautiful story. ALFHEIM develops scalp-focused products with a combination of botanical ingredients, cosmetic actives, and performance testing.
Our Saw Palmetto Follicle Boost collection represents this approach: a targeted scalp routine built around ingredients such as saw palmetto, peptides, caffeine, biotin, and Schizophyllan. Selected products in our scalp-care portfolio have undergone third-party testing to help evaluate performance over time.
