1. Orders and Shipping

How can I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use that number to track your package on the courier’s website.

Can I change or cancel my order?

We begin processing orders as soon as they are placed. If you need to make a change or cancel your order, please contact us at info@alfheimbeauty.com as soon as possible. We’ll do our best to accommodate your request, but we cannot guarantee changes once the order has been processed.

What are your shipping options?

We offer standard and expedited shipping options. You can view available shipping methods and costs at checkout.


2. Returns and Refunds

What is your return policy?

We want you to love your Alfheim Beauty products! If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days of receiving your order for a full refund. Products must be unused and in their original packaging.

How do I initiate a return?

To start a return, please email info@alfheimbeauty.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll provide you with return instructions and a prepaid shipping label if applicable.

When will I receive my refund?

Once we receive your returned items, it typically takes 5-7 business days to process your refund. The refund will be issued to your original form of payment.


3. Products and Ingredients

Are your products cruelty-free?

Yes! We are proud to say that all Alfheim Beauty products are 100% cruelty-free. We do not test on animals at any stage of product development.


4. Payment and Billing

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), as well as PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.

Why was my payment declined?

If your payment was declined, please ensure that all billing information matches what’s on file with your bank and that you have sufficient funds available. If the issue persists, contact your bank for further assistance.

Can I use multiple forms of payment?

At this time, we only accept one form of payment per order.


5. Discounts and Promotions

How do I apply a discount code?

You can enter your discount code at checkout in the "Promo Code" field. The discount will be applied to your order total before completing your purchase.

Can I use more than one discount code?

Only one discount or promotional code can be applied per order.

Do you offer student or military discounts?

Yes! We offer discounts for students, military personnel, and first responders. Please email info@alfheimbeauty.com with proof of eligibility for your discount code.

How do I create an account?

You can create an account by clicking the "Account" icon at the top of our homepage and following the prompts. Having an account allows you to track your orders, view your order history, and save your shipping information for faster checkout.

I forgot my password. How can I reset it?

Click the "Forgot Password?" link on the login page, and you will receive an email with instructions to reset your password.

How can I update my account information?
