To protect our brand and customers, we have established this Authorized Seller and Reseller Policy. By purchasing Alfheim Beauty products for resale, you agree to adhere to the following terms and conditions.

1. Authorized Sellers

An Authorized Seller is a retailer or individual who has been granted permission by Alfheim Beauty to sell our products through approved channels. Authorized Sellers agree to uphold the brand’s values and quality standards by following our guidelines.

Requirements to Become an Authorized Seller:

• Submit a formal application to info@alfheimbeauty.com.
• Provide proof of a legitimate business, including necessary licenses and permits.
• Agree to sell only through approved channels, such as brick-and-mortar stores or designated e-commerce platforms.

We review all applications and reserve the right to approve or deny any application based on our standards.

2. Reseller Restrictions

Resellers are not authorized to sell Alfheim Beauty products unless explicitly granted permission. The unauthorized resale of our products, including through platforms like Amazon, eBay, or other third-party marketplaces, is strictly prohibited.

3. Online Sales Policy

Authorized Sellers may sell Alfheim Beauty products online only through approved channels. Selling on unauthorized third-party websites (e.g., eBay, Amazon) without explicit written consent is strictly prohibited. Any unauthorized online sales may result in immediate termination of your Authorized Seller status.

Maintaining Brand Integrity Online:

• Use only official images, product descriptions, and marketing materials provided by Alfheim Beauty.
• Do not alter the packaging or product in any way before resale.
• Ensure that all customer reviews and feedback are accurately represented and in compliance with applicable advertising laws.

4. Pricing Policy

Alfheim Beauty enforces a Minimum Advertised Price (MAP) policy to protect the brand’s value and ensure fair competition among sellers. All Authorized Sellers must comply with the MAP policy, which will be provided upon approval.

MAP Violations:

• Any violations of the MAP policy will result in penalties, including suspension or termination of Authorized Seller status.
• We actively monitor the market to ensure compliance with our pricing standards.

5. Product Quality Control

To maintain the high quality of our products, Authorized Sellers must follow these guidelines:

• Products must be stored and handled in accordance with Alfheim Beauty’s storage requirements.
• All products sold must be new, unopened, and in their original packaging.
• Sellers must regularly rotate inventory to ensure products are within their expiration dates.

6. Warranty and Returns

Alfheim Beauty products sold through unauthorized channels are not eligible for warranties or returns. Only products purchased from Authorized Sellers are covered by our warranties and return policies. If you purchase from an unauthorized seller, you do so at your own risk.

7. Intellectual Property

Alfheim Beauty grants Authorized Sellers the right to use our trademarks, logos, and copyrighted materials for the sole purpose of promoting and selling Alfheim Beauty products. However, any misuse of our intellectual property or use outside of the agreed-upon scope may result in legal action and the termination of your Authorized Seller status.

8. Enforcement

Alfheim Beauty reserves the right to take legal action against any seller who violates this policy. This includes pursuing remedies under intellectual property law, contract law, and any other applicable legal protections.
