1. Orders & Shipping
How can I track my order?
After your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your order on the shipping carrier's website.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Once an order is placed, we process it immediately. If you need to make changes or cancel your order, contact us at info@alfheimbeauty.com as soon as possible. We’ll do our best to accommodate your request, but we cannot guarantee changes once the order has been processed.
What are your shipping options?
We offer standard and expedited shipping options. The available options and their costs will be shown during the checkout process.
2. Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
We accept returns on unused products within 30 days of the delivery date. Products must be returned in their original packaging. Please note that sale items are not eligible for returns.
How do I initiate a return?
To start a return, email us at info@alfheimbeauty.com with your order number and reason for the return. We will provide you with return instructions and a prepaid return label if applicable.
When will I receive my refund?
Once we receive and inspect your returned product, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Are your products cruelty-free?
Yes, all Alfheim Beauty products are 100% cruelty-free. We do not test on animals at any stage of product development.
Where can I find the ingredients for each product?
You can find the full list of ingredients for each product on its respective product page under the "Ingredients" tab.
Do your products contain parabens or sulfates?
No, our products are formulated without parabens, sulfates, or other harsh chemicals.
4. Payment & Billing
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.
Why was my payment declined?
If your payment was declined, please check that all billing information is correct and matches the details on file with your bank. If the issue persists, contact your bank or card provider.
Do you offer gift cards?
Yes, we offer digital gift cards in various amounts. You can purchase them through our website, and they will be sent via email.
5. Discounts & Promotions
How do I apply a discount code?
You can apply a discount code at checkout in the "Promo Code" field. The discount will be applied to your order total before completing the purchase.
Can I combine discount codes?
Only one discount code can be used per order. Discounts cannot be stacked or combined.
6. Account & Password
How do I create an account?
You can create an account by clicking on the "Account" icon at the top right corner of our website and following the instructions. Having an account allows you to track orders, view your order history, and save your shipping information for future purchases.
I forgot my password. How do I reset it?
If you forgot your password, click the "Forgot Password?" link on the login page. We will email you instructions to reset your password.
How do I update my personal information?
Log in to your account, and go to "Account Settings" to update your personal information, such as your email address or shipping details.
